Single-Shaft Shredder – TPS

Single-Shaft Shredder – TPS was developed specifically to grind large volume parts without previous cutting and large volume lees. It operates in low rotation which allows the crushing of volumetric pieces, reducing them to the desired size (flake) or grind again (with or without industrial screen).

It has an axle cutting system where the inserts are attached responsible for "grating" the material. This process of reducing the parts takes place through the pressure exerted by the piston against the shaft (forced feeding).

Its robustness and safety are the main differentials of this equipment that has some advantages, such as:

• Heavy grinding: lees, coils, bales, large and thick pieces, wooden or plastic pallets
• Low energy consumption
• Reversible fixed knife
• Use of the 4 insert cutting corners
• Coupling for reducer protection
• Hydraulic unit for forced feeding, nozzle joint and industrial screen holder
